Hey Thresh, I was reading some posts on TradingChief, didnt realize you bought a place around Duncan. Sweet. I know the area well as I live in Victoria ( although I am in Edm till the end of the month then calgary for 3 months). I am a member at Arbutus Ridge golf course, which is minutes from Duncan. Beautiful area. you are right though, Mill Bay or Cobble would have be a little nicer, but I think a lot pricier too. Couldnt believe what real estate goes for around there.

Anyway, enjoy your time there, lots of good people in that area too.
