TIE in a very decisive uptrend since early November. Success of Boeing's Dreamliner flight and some very preliminary signs of a possible international recovery could push us back in the 20's by year-end . . . . if we can manage to breakthrough resistance in the high $17 range. I know there are a lot of "ifs" in my comments, but we are finally starting to see some momentum. Upcoming quarterly report should tells us volumes about the company's prospects.
