I have suggested to Lindy Bill that Cook Islands and New Zealand should annex Hawaii as rightfully part of ancestral lands. <Can we kill those people who have declared they are in engaged in a war of conquest with the United States (regardless of their odds of success)? > I'd have to give a "No" to that suggestion. But my plan of "attack" wasn't to sink the USA Pacific Fleet and conquer the USA, so much as persuade those affected that we should form a union in the New United Nations [new constitution fit for the 21st century].
