I think there are more cells than landlines. HDTV is the normal. Prices for sets drop to $600. I am not sure it is the normal, but sells more than non HD now. Sets are more like $800 Computers will be allowed to click any TV show and watch it despite network TV protests. File sharing of shows without the ads further enrage the market executives. surfthechannel.com certainly allwed millions to watch cable shows w/o paying. Satellite radio merges with cell phones for a small monthly fee. Free radio ads suffer dramatically. Not at all Car with hybrid engines still are popular, but $6 gasoline spikes SUVs owners to $100 a tank fillup. Not quite $6. Hybrid are only starting to get popular. $100 tank fillups do occur due to large tanks GM, Ford, and Chrysler all emerge out of bankruptcy with new models. Most domestic automaking is contracted out. Ford did not go bankrupt. the others did in 2008. Toyota is #1 seller now. Video cameras are installed at many workplaces recording theft, vandalism, and just plain laziness. Construction sites install them to catch fraudulent accident reporting. More or less true. The $600 computer will be 5MhZ with 2.5 gigs of ram. Very true. Cell phone pirate jamming is branded domestic terrorism. Only at the CIA does it really happen. Site storing photos and word files are everywhere as the computer become an engine vs. self storage. Very true. Merck sells off assets then goes bankrupt. the ball was fuzzy it seems. The Chinese become avid tourists in the United States. I wouldn't say avid. Gold is in decline as Earlier highs of $900 seem a memory. Well below 800 then over $1200 this year. The real estate crash in California and New England is subsiding. Sorta. More like stabilizing. The new fed Chairman feels 5% unemployment is fine with 5% interest rates. Not close w 10% rates and 0% interest NASA takes big spending cut as deficit reduction mantra is espoused. not really happens Iraq goes Islamic as a state religion despite US concerns. Soldiers were evacuated earlier in 2008-2009. wrong on both counts A bottle of drinking water still costs more than the equivalent amount of gasoline. Sure does. Nasdaq 3000 is celebrated.
