Except it is a proven fact that targeted tax cuts do help an ailing economy. Which is the reason, after Obama's stimulus failed, he now wants to come back and use, WTF? Targeted tax cuts. He could have saved the country a trillion dollars by just listening to the supply siders to begin with.
