You've addressed the expensive items - lift pump and injector pump. I hate to raise the basic, but is there a fuel filter that could have become plugged? I have a Suburban and the fuel filter is a real weak point. Need to replace about ever 6-7k miles or it becomes plugged and the fuel pump burns out (located in the gas tank, so $$$$). Clearly, you have a problem with the fuel system. Need to trace it forward from the tank onward.
