Farm land with sufficient water sounds like a good bet, but I wonder. The world's fertility rate is going down fast. It looks like peak people will occur in a couple of decades or so. In the meantime there is plenty of spare land in Brazil, Africa, and Russia to take care of the extra mouths. After that it looks like deflation in food as far as the eye can see. en.wikipedia.org
