This looks to be a good deal for ARRS. If the deal is at $167 million, with SQNA having assets of $50 million+, and $103 million potentialy from Parke-Davis today, you're looking at a relatively small amount being paid for the on-going collaborations and future considerations. As usual, I am interested how the corporate "cultures" abide or collide. I've been surprised over this year that there haven't been more take-overs, mergers, etc.
