Absolutely! Anything predicted, Hurricanes, warming or cooling, all of that is part of the 'Climate Change' as predicted by 'our global warming scientists'. Temperatures up or temperatures down, long term or short term, anything but status quo is no good. Thus we have to commit billions to fight it - whatever 'it' comes out to be. :) Taro
