Obviously, because those who prefer Medicare Advantage prefer it for some reason. If they didn't prefer Medicare Advantage they would have straight Medicare. So, if you eliminate MA, you are cutting their benefits which implies a reduction in the quality of care.

Your pea shooter is empty...MA is Medicare administered by a private insurer. My father in law had it...the care was no different from Medicare proper to which he later switched.
