"At any rate, it's a truth claim about the state of reality."
Never said it wasn't.
"It's yours, and it's based on your ideology. Do you really think that you don't have an ideology?"
Never said I don't.
"I'm not nearly as focused on a precise label for your view as I am about just trying to get a read on where you are coming from.
Yes you are, you are magnetized to it, focused to the point of mesmerization ... You haven't looked at anything else.
"Now I know. The same statement that you made, could just as easily have been made by Shamans, Hindu's, Buddhists, or Eckhart Tolle just to name a few."
And anyone else interested in, and open to the truth.
"They all hold essentially the same view of ultimate reality. It's the general view known as Pantheistic Monism."
Religionism forces one to view populations in division according to sects, denominations, idealisms, creeds, etc which are dominated by particular dogmatic order. The result is not faith, it is schism on the tail of animus. Those people/groups may all be categorized that way (Pantheistic Monism) by you faithless religionists wanting to claim exclusive possession of truth but that reveals more about said religionists than it accurately defines the other folks.
You have settled it for yourself as I noted prior to your holiday break. You feel you must force that label onto me, probably to maintain comfort with your exclusive clubisms. But you will continue to find me objecting to your false groupist notions, at least on my own behalf.
"I can't help it that you continue to be evasive about your view of the world."
There is no evasion, only your denial of the truth.
"On your view, your argument is not with me anyway, it is with yourself.
My arguments are always as much with my self as they are with anyone else.
"Of course, looking beyond the illusion of separateness, you already know that. :)"
Yep. |
