I agree with you. A few years ago, I was a part of class action suit AGAINST uis. If my memory serves me right, UIS paid between $ 2.25 and $ 3.25 per share as a compensation. Based on my holdings, I expected to get $ 2000+ from the suit. Guess what, I got a total sum of $ 60+ dollars. The lawyers took the rest. They had bills and accounting for the time they spent on the case. I felt that I should have left the money with uis that would have been better for me.
