I do shut the computer off completely and let it sit for 30 or so seconds.

I have FF v. 3.5.6

Yes it is open the whole time. There are usually 20 or so windows always open.

I'll read about the memory leak.

Why would this only start happening as of three weeks ago? I've been on this computer for well over a year.
