The thing that i-node conveniently ignores is that, according to studies, MA costs about 14% more than straight Medicare for the same coverage. Studies also show that MA has much higher admin costs, plus the insurance companies have to take their cut of profits... His entire reaction to this is inconsistent and phony frankly...he wails about the cost of medicare but now argues that cutting some of its services is unacceptable. ?? Al
