Not correct, again you show your lack of knowledge or even ignorance:

I chose to move from a country where medicine is hopelessly socialized (Sweden) via a country where that situation was defused 20 years ago by allowing private hospitals in a big way (Denmark) and next to a country, where the system looks the same for those who earn enough to qualify for it (Germany).

Please note, that Germany has the 'public option' besides the private insurances, but also that you are stuck with the public 'option' until your income has averaged aro 75k$/year for at least 3 consecutive years.

Only then can you go for that private 'option', which is a lot better and gives you access to better services with your own choice where to go based on the best knowledge of your house doc in case you need some serious job done on your body - or on your soul.

You guessed, why lower incomes are stuck with the public so called option, right?

Because otherwise their members would all leave on the spot and a lot of 'social workers' would end up on the street when that 'public option' bellies up.

Denmark had same strict system but daringly abolished it decades ago leaving it up to their citizens to pick the insurance they prefer.
