40cm of snow due in the South of England. Brrr.... they are are not set up to cope with snow.

Just got an email from a friend who lives by the coast near Exeter, in SW England. They're snowed in, literally, and that almost never occurs there. No plows, no 4X4s, they'll just have to wait 'til it melts..
