But pre-existing conditions will either be history or they won't. If I cannot go buy insurance the day I'm diagnosed with a chronic illness, the legislation has failed to eliminate pre-existing conditions as a criterion. If you disagree, fine. Tell us how such a provision would work. Otherwise, you're just talking out your ass.
