Well no the Christian converts part is what I disagree with in the general sense.. hence my comparison to Muslim conquest by the sword..


Odd how this is the exact opposite of Arab culture.
Interestingly that apparently Arab culture pre Mohammed afforded lots of rights to women.. like the right to divorce a lousy husband and keep the assets.. Women apparently had fair amount of power.. Mohammed remedied that ... it seems :o( BTW.. lots of research indicates that Mohammed simply entrenched existing inequalities.. which may be more accurate. In either event a power play.. against rich women.. As today.. rich and poor are not in the same world..
