I posted on Oct 28:
>>Etrade sucks! I placed an order to sell some of my APM @23 this morning before open because I thought we would have another big down day. After I saw APM recovered back to 22 1/2 from a low around 21 1/2, I went to Etrade on-line to cancel my order but just couldn't get in. After that I called the etrade and hope to get a broker on the line. I'm still on
hold after more than 50 minutes (I'm still listening to etrade's music while I'm typing this post)....<<

After I called customer service, emailed customer service, and emailed the supervisor (Eric Tate). I finally got the response, but it's not in my favor as everyone would expect. I was told my order to sell @23 was filled around 9:30 am central, i.e., 30 minutes after open and I told them I was trying to cancel my oder since 10:00 am central. Apparently it's my fault. However, APM was never above 23 before 10:00 am central. Actually it came back from a low around 21 1/2 to only 22 1/2 around 10:00 am central. After I received the reponse from Etrade, I emailed my arguments (I pointed out that it's impossible for my order to be filled at 9:30 am since at that time my limit sell price was way over the ask) again last week and demanded Etrade to adjust my sale price to the close price of that day. A few days have passed, but I heard nothing yet....
