I doubt it's "dumb" but it could be wrong. Anyway, I just bought CMOS at 29 1/4 and have a sell order in for Cymer at 24 (can't get into my ETrade account (surprise surprise) but it looks like Cymer's over 24 so I assume it's been sold), so I'll keep track and see how the switch works out.
