I just had a long chat with my Schwab 500 team leader who is extremely sharp. He confirmed that I own 1,100 shares of ATPX. I had 1000 LUNN on Friday and bought 1000 ATPX this morning. He, like the broker I spoke with earlier, was surprised at why anyone expected a 10x price. The conversion of shares is done prior to the opening of the market. He calculated (I'm not sure exactly how) a 15 cents premium on the conversion. He said this was basiccally a reverse split and, without more, he would expect the stock price to drop. However, he added that if the new company can really earn $1.00 per share, the market will eventually value it at its proper price. However, this will take time. If you believe that this is a $15 stock, or even a $3 stock, buy the hell out out of it. It is on sale.
