Yes, they are going in a positive direction by making things less complicated. The EL/Baton restructuring and other changes affecting CTV do seem to be making that network better prepared to meet future challenges. I agree that it would be a good idea for EL to distribute the Baton stock to shareholders. I was asking about ownership of EL and Baton because if there is any cross ownership I would view that as a negative. Holding companies with complicated cross ownership structures tend to trade at substantial discounts. I look at the fact that EL has only a minority position in Baton as a potential positive (because they might be more willing to divest). --Mike
