Not even vaguely true. I will grant you that the Truthers are whack jobs. I never claimed differently. But those are rare on the Left. The Right just crawls with wacky conspiracy theories. There is the Clinton Pile O'Bodies. There is the Birthers. There is the Democrats want to kill grandma. There is the death panels. There is the...

Tell you what. Go to the snopes site. Most if the email memes from the Left are things like Republicans with binoculars with the lenses caps photoshopped in. Or old jokes with names and places changed. There is some of that on the Right. But the majority are conspiracy theory material. And the Right totally dominates the BS emails that are political.

It is like y'all have nothing better to do than sit around and make up stuff and then email it to your friends.
