Thompson Creek is their partner on their Mt. Creek property. Do some DD on that property. If they can get it permitted it should be a homerun. Just the initial deal with Brigham will generate outstanding revenues for a long time. I agree that it is hard to estimate a value on USEG right now but with just the O&G business I estimate it to be well north of where we are today.
