Karl, I agree that AG was just to jaw-boning the market down. May be he thought that the markets have not yet gone out of control But, his suggestion that now (after the drop) the Feds don't need to rise the interest rates seem to be fueling more speculation in the markets again.
As with your perceived levels for S&P and the DOW, perhaps it is your "wish" and may or may not happen. The chorus right now seems to be "the shake-out of the weak hands is over and hence the market will go-up." I guess that make a strong case for weakening fundamentals. -g-
