If you would like to degrade the discussion to that level it is a clear indication that you have run out of cogent meaningful argumentation.

Greg, the discussion was degraded to meaningless, the moment you refused to consider statements of truth until you could determine some acceptable authority (worldview). It has been degraded to ridiculous from that point by your days and days of trying to justify that agenda. Stop kidding yourself.

"Has it it come to that so soon? Christian orthodoxy surrounding these issues we are discussing was established through years and years of thoughtful discussion literally centuries ago.

So what? God is eternal, no?

"This statement is completely accurate. There is zero misrepresentation in it!

Crapola...

"There was a great deal more in the quotes, you ignored it. Ask me why I'm not surprised."

I do not have the space or time to deal with a virtual bombardment of one line, out of context quotes. But I am happy to deal with them one at a time if you so wish.

I'm pretty sure I already know what to expect but do as you wish.

Can you summarize the central complaint that God has against Man in that passage? (It's not hard)

For what purpose? I have not claimed to be a Biblical Scholar and in fact I am the furthest thing from it. I can say, from my own observations that Religious Scholars are no more likely to have a grasp on what is well and good for human beings than the average Joe, and further that they are just as likely to live a miscreant life as anyone else.

Summary: In any event, Paul seems to be pleading with the Romans to give him a chance to preach in their setting, allowing that righteousness in the eyes of God is a spiritual matter of the heart, not of birth right or association with a particular population's allegiances (worldviews). He talks some about how peops have got it all wrong, using their dogmas to excuse the inexcusable and justify the unjustifiable. He is encouraging them to consider and accept the way of Jesus as the only real alternative.
