No buyers. And, all sales have to be approved by the timeshare operator and they get a first right of refusal. Well, nobody wants to buy it, so I can't even get to the first right of refusal.

I'll sell the thing right now for $5000.....platinum package at the Westin Rancho Mirage and transferrable to any westin property.

If I could get an offer for $5000, I would go try to get the approval and maybe they would decide to buy it. But again, I haven't been able to get over that hurdle.
