I am not willing to make ambiguous charges against public servants. There is no law that tells officials to reveal everything they know. If officials are unlawfully hiding information , that is something else. If that is the case, someone has to step up and press charges. In the case of Tim Geithner you would have to at least provide an outline of a motive that should have been brought out during the vetting process. If the vewtting process is not rigourous enough, you should have that process changed.

I understand that the public is angry. Things are not going well. A lot of people are unemployed. A lot of people are losing their homes. But that is no reason for us to act like an angry mob and go fishing against vague wrong doing and bringing our system to a grinding halt.

Due process of law must be preserved during even the most difficult of times.
