My thoughts: No V recovery from something like that. Yikes. A 30 year high in vacancies is a structural situation that would only be possible, imo, via a unique confluence of monster trends that will take years, years, years to turn around. We are so far away from the kind of household formation and wage growth that it would take to turn that around. Man, that is a true battleship. G
