And exactly how much success did Bush have at stopping North Korea and Iran from developing nukes?

Actually he made some very good progress with the six party talks - never done before and now China is involved far more than before. There is not much we can do unless we try the Clinton bribe again, but we can't really afford that either. The key is still getting China to take a lead role. If NK attacks or lets nukes get out we can't afford that either - health care be damned if those events occur.
