It makes no difference. Obama is doing precisely the same thing. Or releasing them arbitrarily.

What Obama is doing is putting the permanent detainees in a different zip code. Nothing more, nothing less.

In essence, what can be said is "Bush was right. Start to finish." Obama was going to do everything differently and found out right quick it isn't so easy. So he reverted to the Bush policy, other than putting some of these guys into a sham trial in NYC for god-knows-what reason.
