You won't find copies of the tests. Possibly once the discovery is complete. The problem they are having is that promotional exams are either job specific, problem solving or judgement oriented.

The problem is with the school systems passing unqualified students, not the color of the skin. Liberals have to learn that passing people for reasons of self esteem, don't cut it in the real world.

Whites from the same school districts have the same problems.
