RE: I am searching for the correct swear words to describe this! Here is what your looking for: "TPG will be merged with and into Lunn through the exchange of each company's stock such that the Lunn stockholders would retain approximately 26% of the combined entity on a fully diluted basis." Wow a reverse with out any price adjustment upward! A loss of 74% due to the merger!
