Z, I'll ignore most of your denials, spins, and "says you" nonsense so that I can focus on the "Cadillac tax":

So why do you think this game is being played? Why can't Democrats simply tax the "rich"? Don't tell me they're fearful of the blue dogs and the moderates, or else they'd actually be doing the reverse (pretending not to tax the rich while doing so anyway).

I could tell you what I think (beyond what I already said), but I'll wait to hear what you have to say first.
