Listen, in my mind there is no doubt, that the defense will call for US being at least part if not fully responsible for the event, having let the man board a US aircraft in spite off all that intelligence on his status provided by his father and the services. And, in a civil court - and sorry to say this - I would agree with the defense here. Read my lips, this issue definitely will come up IMO. That said, his father's main motivation for reporting him really was keeping his somewhat 'confused' son out of trouble, right? And the incompetence of Obama and his next in command Juliet Incompetano prevented any acting on his warnings and thus can be claimed co responsible for letting his beloved son get on board, act out his follies and thus end up in the slammer for 20 years or so. /Taro
