Got this infor from yesterdays Toronto Globe & Mail and the Financial Post. My broker also mentioned it to me today. Tecmar is better know (the article stated) It is a company Legacy bought last year and is better known in the U.S. Perhaps this news and the consolidation of the stock is whats making the stock move, plus introduction of new and profitable products. Will try and get info from Legacy.
