NK and Iran really are threats. If the support for Bush hadn't fallen off, he might have been able to do more about those countries. As it is, Kaddafi was scared into abandoning his nuke program. We had Saddam pinned down in no fly zones. Saddam was powerless. If you read the Threatening Storm, which made the case for invasion, or the press at the time, you'd know the pins were coming unstuck, particularly the embargo.
