Biotech will march ahead. So I will not argue with your proposition generally.

However, Brazil is opening up new farmland at an extraordinary pace without wiping out any cities. I have some farmer friends from IA buying and operating farms there. They know farming and it was something of a shock to me to see them farming in two hemispheres.
