I purchased First Aid 98 this weekend and it did not fix ANY problems that I have with my PC. I am going to return it. Additionally, the manual is very poor. I am very PC literate and I can't figure out how to get it to do what it is supposed to. I have NO idea how a PC novice would ever figure it out. Word on the newsgroups that I've seen is that people generally dislike all of the Cybermedia products.
