Its easy to put up a chart, I could create one with very different numbers.

You need relevant and solid arguments to back it up to be meaningful (and some evidence to back up the claims of fact if the arguments are about specific facts).

Looking at the chart it only covers 5 presidents. Its a ridiculously small sample. More importantly it ignores congress, and ignores the creation of the entitlement programs (mostly under Democratic presidents and congresses) that drive our current spending. (None of which absolves the Republicans who have also contributed a lot, but your graph strongly over states the case by ignoring the issues I mentioned above.)
