Well... I guess I kinda found some of the parts informative (mostly what I bolded), like:

Well, yes (of course!) I 'read it' and yes I DO BELIEVE that it is highly likely that this will qualify as a ballot initiative for the upcoming election in California.

Why?

Don't you think it will make it onto the ballot line??????????
