Mish, please state why it is "nonsense". Do you know something we don't? If Mish comes out in favor of unregulated "bucket shop" shenanigans carried out by a "shadow insurance" scam, I think we'll all have grounds to doubt his credibility. I'd even start suspecting that he's bucking for a job at Goldman "Sacks".. ;0) It's just a NO-BRAINER that opaque and unregulated CDS markets are a license to manipulate markets. And it's common knowledge that if the insurance industry must be regulated to insure ability to pay claims, then the CDS sector must be regulated to guarantee the same. Hawk
