Yes, i know that's true ... lots of good people coming out of school, just heard about an increase in both numbers and quality from mining schools in Mexico, but that's not grey hair is it Still it's not a show-stopper - crank out some juicy options and make a reasonable cash bid for their services, and you might be surprised who prefers Lotusland to some ungodly hole way way down south [let's face it, Chile is not on the top of most people's list of places to hang out] ... teevee's got an idea there - Terrane gets dealt off to another outfit, could be good chance of that, Goldcorp could prefer it to having their capital sit ... but why cheap? - and what exactly would 'cheap' mean in this case, it's not even close to high valuation on what they have in the ground
