Preempting the initiative of the Old OECD majority who being anti-progress will claim for greenism, renewable energy and other kind of non-sense.

China is already reacting to the finger pointing that will surely come.

Picture that in 3 years we will have this Old OECD majority clamoring to boycott products (as a non-tariff barrier) from countries that do not implement anti-progress measures.
