I'd guess that if it was ruled a post-possession foul that didn't reverse the change of possession, it should be assessed either from the spot of possession or the spot of the foul. AZ would have been moved back 15 years with a first and 10 in GB territory.

But I'd want to see the league officiating office weigh on in that one.
