OK, i-node, that's good. I think you are the first neocon in awhile to post anything original instead of just criticizing. I will point out, though, that the US still pays double what most other developed nations pay.

We're still not doing so hot on overall life expectancy and we have one of the highest infant mortality rates of any developed nation. So we can pick and choose the criteria to prove your points, but when you look at holistic analyses, they almost never rate the US as the cost benefit leader among developed nations.
