Here's my question for Joe:

Since the mechanism for changing the Constitution is written in the Constitution itself (Article 5), is he suggesting that we eliminate this part of the Constitution? Is he saying we need to modify the Constitution to prevent future modification of the Constitution?

Fortunately for him, he's a conservative, thus he's not accountable for his words or his ideas.
