Mark :
I'm going to stick with the numbers posted in :
www3.techstocks.com
which are basically the same as yours (i.e., 16.4M, 26.3M).

BTW, I was on my semiannual visit to the local mall, which has a
newly opened HOTT store. It's the first time I've been to this
particular store. (My initial visit to a HOTT back in June was at
a different mall). It was a Sat. night, and about twenty teenagers
were shopping in the store at the time. It was quite packed.
Interestingly, nobody except me was near the T-shirt display. They
do have a nice collection of heavy-metal band T-shirts. The
Nirvana T-shirts I examined were priced at $15 - $18. I forgot to
look at the tag to see where they are made. If it is in the Far
East, I wonder how recent activities there will impact HOTT. Any
thoughts on that ?

The store covers a good range of products besides T-shirts (e.g., make-up, CDs, other clothing).

Even though the store was packed, I've been warned that this does not
necessarily mean kids are buying. Sometimes stores are just a good
place to hang out. There is no doubt, though, that on a per-square
foot basis, HOTT was one of the more densely packed stores at the mall
that night. It lifted my spirits a little after the rough week for
the stock.

I believe today is the end of Q3 for HOTT and for alot of other
clothing retailers.
