Lava, Per the Reg I posted - the IRS requires it to be done within "a reasonable time". Perhaps you could ask Schwab what window they have allowed customers to do the matching. . You might also ask them if they believe the length of time their window is open, is in complaince with the Reg I posted for you. . Colin
