Good point...you are right on top of the situation.

Fortunately for the flying public and definitely for the airline crews and staffs that fly these planes every day, the airlines don't staff their frontline people with TSA equivalents. Why can you just imagine what they would do if some crazie bought a one way ticket to Detroit with cash in December with no luggage and was dressed for the normal winter heat wave?

Why my gosh, no way would that crazie have gotten anywhere near those "cheap rent-a-cop TSA people".

So what if the current nominee to head the TSA organization who is ex FBI and apparently well qualified for the job is being held up by some guy, a Senator no less, who seems to have it in for unions and loves to speak to teabaggers when he is not trying to save the Hondurans.

Now based on your posts you seem to have it all figured out so maybe they should make you head of the "rent a cops". Hell, there is no doubt the next time some crazie unsuccessfully tries to blow himself up with a rinky dink explosive that he could not even figure out how to do you could promote "Israelification" and maybe even panic with the best of them.
